Discover Campobello Island
Just over the bridge from Lubec, Maine in the province of New Brunswick, Canada on Passamaquoddy Bay lies Campobello Island. Here you can find parks, beaches, wildlife, trails and lighthouses. Come for a short or extended visit. There is lots to explore.
Step back in time at the Roosevelt International Park and explore the summer cottage, trails and gardens. Enjoy “Tea with Eleanor” and explore the gift shop. Herring Cove Provincial Park offers hiking trails, a golf course, mile long beach and Herring Cove Restaurant. Get out on the water for a whale watch or some fishing. Search for sea glass at one of the many beaches throughout the island. Explore the lighthouses on either end of the island.

Captain Riddles Whale Watching & Fishing Tours
Get out on Passamaquoddy Bay with a guided marine tour. Keep a look out for Finback, Humpback, Minke and Atlantic Right Whales, Seals, Puffins and American Bald Eagles.
Roosevelt Campobello International Park
Tour the Roosevelt summer home and follow the trails and carriage roads as you wind your way through the island.
If you want to visit the second-oldest lighthouse in the province, you'll have to wait for low tide. Head Harbour Island is accessible only by foot, so check the tidal schedule before setting out!
Don’t forget to bring something home with you. You’ll find Island, New Brunswick and Maritime made items along with Campobello shirts and sweatshirts, post cards, jewelry and just about something for everyone.
Herring Cove Golf Course
A challenging nine hole Golf Course with Clubhouse, Dining and Gift Shop. Parts of the course overlook the mile long beach. Sports apparel and equipment are available to purchase.
Herring Cove Provincial Park
Get our for a walk and explore the trails or walk the beach. The trails meet and intertwine with those of the Roosevelt Campobello International Park.

Views of Pollock Cove Seaside Retreat
Enjoy breath taking views of the cove from every cabin. Watch for whales, seals and shore birds while spending time on our property. At night relax at Pollock Cove as the sun sets around our fire pit.
